Dan Raynard |

President

Dan has 6 years of professional experience ranging from a tech start-up in the music industry to financial services at Morgan Stanley. His professional philosophy has always been to deliver simple, elegant, and pragmatic solutions to individuals and large organizations. His corporate experiences have allowed Dan to lead cross-functional teams that have served leaders from the Fortune 500 and business owners within the Midwest. During his time at Kelley, Dan aims to foster collaboration among Kelley students and the broader alumni network in order to accentuate the Kelley Spirit and MBA experience. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, competitive water slalom skiing, and occasional music production.

Evelyn Gil |

VP of Professional Development

Evelyn has six years of professional experience across the Pharma and Tech industries. Throughout her career at Eli Lilly & Company and Salesforce, she has mentored new hires, undergraduate business students, and peers. Evelyn has a commitment to helping others expand their professional potential. In 2017, Evelyn was selected as one of Indy’s Best and Brightest for her professional accomplishments and civic contributions. Her networking abilities, success in accomplishing her own professional objectives, and the growth and success of her mentees demonstrate the capabilities and skills she will share with Kelley students as the VP of Professional Development.

Ted Coleman |

VP of Finance

Ted has 6 years of professional experience in financial services; specializing in financial and regulatory reporting as well as business management functions.  Working on Wall Street instilled in Ted the value of exacting standards and financial integrity, which he deems of utmost importance in his role as VP of Finance. Ted is resolute in the notion that there’s always a better way to do things, and hopes to leverage this zeal for operational excellence to drive efficiencies in the MBAA financial process. Seeing these efficiencies as key to delivering increased value for students and affording them a more holistic experience here at Kelley.   In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, fishing, cooking, and reading to his daughter Harper.

Liz Templin |

VP of Student Affairs and Events

Liz has five years of cross-functional experience in experiential marketing and data management, where she managed multi-million dollar event marketing platforms for Anheuser-Busch clients.  Liz is passionate about leading teams and bringing people together from diverse backgrounds to foster long-lasting relationships beyond school.  As VP of Student Affairs and Events, Liz aims to bring the entire Kelley community together with a variety of engaging social events throughout the year that allow students to celebrate their hard work and meet new classmates.  Outside of school, Liz loves to cook, bike and listen to podcasts.

Sannchita Sethi |

VP of Globalization and Inclusion

Sannchita has four years of professional experience in consulting, where she worked with healthcare companies to help them drive business decisions through data and analytics. Her time at ZS Associates gave her the opportunity to collaborate with multi-cultural teams with diverse backgrounds in their offices across the globe, which is something she highly values at Kelley as well. As the VP of Globalization and Inclusion, she aims to ensure that everyone has a voice and feels valued within the Kelley community. Outside of school and work, she likes to read, binge watch TV shows and loves to dance to Bollywood music.

Dan Schmidt |

VP of Alumni Relations

Dan has four years of professional experience within the automotive industry as a manufacturing systems engineer with Ford Motor Company where he led teams to launch new processes for three new vehicle programs for the Ford and Lincoln brands in various assembly plants. His friendly and pragmatic approach to problem solving and team building has allowed him to work with and lead many different teams throughout his academic and professional career. As VP of Alumni Relations, Dan aims to continue using his skills to foster and strengthen the connection between the Kelley alumni network and the students at Kelley. By capitalizing on our community’s talent to succeed, humility to grow, and tenacity to persevere Dan is confident about the lasting connections that can be created as Kelley’s. In his free time, Dan enjoys downhill skiing, hiking, and spending time with his dog, Wisco.

Matt Tesmond |

VP of Marketing and External Affairs

Matt brings six years of marketing experience in the social media technology space to the slate. During that time, he led the launch strategy for the social analytics category, working closely with product, marketing, and sales to develop innovative and effective strategies. In addition to leading multi-million dollar launches, Matt chaired his company’s cultural advisory board. He worked closely with HR to drive company culture and created the company’s first philanthropy committee, which has now raised over $50K in donations. When Matt isn’t hard at working, you will likely catch him rock climbing or soaking up a variety of Bravo shows with his wife and two cats.

Kyle Stowe |

VP of Internal Relations

Before coming to Kelley, Kyle worked at Cargill for five years where he cut his teeth in brand management supporting the company’s Truvia sweetener business. As an associate in charge of launching new products and managing advertising agency relationships, Kyle found clear and consistent communication between stakeholders as the #1 key to producing quality, on-time work and smashing business objectives. Kyle intends to bring this mindset to the Kelley MBA program, where he plans to create and maintain an environment conducive to open, honest and constructive dialogue between MBA students and MBA administration/faculty as VP of Internal Relations.
